Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website. Here is what is in place, what still has limits, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our aim
We design and build to WCAG 2.2 level AA. The website has not been fully audited against it, so we don’t claim that it meets every criterion.
What is built in
- Pages work with a keyboard, with a skip link to the main content and a visible focus outline.
- The main text and background colours are checked against the AA contrast ratio.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Every page declares its language (Thai, English or Chinese).
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the website turns its animations off.
Known limits
- The map is a Google Maps frame, which we cannot adapt. The address is also given as text.
- The route video has no sound or captions. The Visit page gives the same route as written steps.
- The route shown on the Visit page includes stairs, and step-free access is not yet confirmed. If stairs are difficult for you, please contact the team before you come.
- Social media posts and GoWabi open on other websites, which handle accessibility in their own way.
Report a problem
We check with automated tests (axe), a colour-contrast check and keyboard use. If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology and something doesn’t work, or you need information in another form, please tell the team by LINE or phone.
